My fixed rate is really high and will soon become adjustable. is it possible my mortgage will go down? Since my rate is so high and the current rates available are so low, is it possible my mortgage will actually go down?
Thanks for all the info folks. Just to add to my original question. We are already with a subprime lender. The payments were so high that we had a few late payments that killed my credit score. I can’t refinance because no bank will touch me with a 10 foot pole. I was a first time homebuyer and was uninformed an inexperienced but I am learning the hard way now. I got my mortgage 2 years ago when these subprime lenders would have given a 3 legged camel a loan if it applied for one. Now getting a loan is tough, you need good credit and $$$ down. I think foreclosure may be my way out as much as I don’t want to. I just cant afford it.
